this is a very hard thing to turn around as to reverse Abbott's changes to universities we need to increase funding again..... this means, thanks to reduced taxation, that Govt needs to increase revenue and so raise taxes.
how long would they last as a Govt if they raised taxes? was this in Abbott's plan?
