In some Brisbane suburbs , people are paying 900.000$ for an ex commission house, Tarted up of course, But its a city home ,on small block and usually very noisy Etc ! Its amazing that on weekends etc these houses are evacuated by the owners who cant wait to leave for the North or South coasts A four hour trip awaits them ,! in both directions ! I would have thought that after spending this amount of money , they would want to spend some time enjoying their huge ? Investment ! Not a life style imo !
