In $ terms for the actual takeover it might be splitting hairs but any dilution before production is a negative and this is unexpected and unnecessary dilution. I'd be more amenable if the MAK share price was strong but it's barely hanging on to 40c.
Ignoring that it's a bad look from the directors who told us they were focussed on Wonarah.
