That’s insane! The RRV trial showed statistical significance in basically the same biomarkers we are looking at in 008 but in a much smaller sample (only 18 subjects). By definition then we should get significant results in 008 with more subjects all else being equal? Thats quite amazing, and no wonder they stopped the trial half way (30 subjects), looked at 56 day data and updated the trial to include a second treatment arm. Don’t want to get carried away - but potentially we got sufficient data from those first half of subjects….?
