TORPY - Yes it does potentially bode well, they did rearrange the study, changed it to a Multi Centred study, added the 12 month component and introduced just once a week study arm. Not long for End of Sept...We have been waiting this long, coupla' months isnt too far away.
39KP - Its a gift that keeps giving. Take away here, have some for the long haul (not advice)...its been 20 years for Humira...compelling sales for them, even after so long, even with bio similars encroaching and of course, even with AE's for some proportion of the population.
- We have no serious AE's - Biosimilars are a very remote chance of eventuating, if they do they have to go through a clinical trial process to prove their efficacy. - Our market for OA is large, but other indications further behind in the queue are as big or bigger... as a reminder, the IL-8 read throughs they saw in canines was kinda sorta mind blowing....

IL-8 didn't just fall by a fairly good 30%...nope...not by a large 50%...it was a full 90% drop?! (Difference between red and green arrows above)... safety concerns? Nope. None. Any dogs die in the study? Not in this one...in fact not ever, there have been no recorded deaths in terms of iPPS. Not even mice.
