The article refers to the license from SK Migas to sell gas to Perusda - the local distribution company. Local people have been active in getting a local allocation to the gas. So this is an important issue locally. the reports I have seen online indicate the local agreement is for 5mmbtu (per annum?). One tonne of LNG is 52 mmbtu.
Since the plan is to sell 52 mmbtu in the form of LNG and about 20mmbtu to the power plant, the license from SK Migas for Perusda is not that all material.
