Most PMs are lazy and plug numbers from presentations into their templates: Therefore it would be nice to see a slide with the following information: revenue, CAGR of past 3 years, EBITDA margins and trends, DA % sales, Capex % sales, share outstanding, debt balance, cash balance, normalized tax rate.
When giving updates, please limit yourself to the following:
1) Revenue, EBIT and EBITDA. No NI or EPS
2) If margins moved up or down then a short explanation such as mix is needed.
3) new orders + backlog
4) If possible also a list of major brands that use ANO products.
5) No discussion of the share price and where management thinks it should be.
Other aspects to talk about:
1) TAM of sunscreens and a conversion ratio of chemical active ingredients to zinc oxide.
2) Where management sees ANO in 3-5 years. What market share is realistic in their eyes?
3) Compelling GP% and operating leverage.
4) ROCE figures & low CAPEX requirements
5) Regulatory framework and consumer preferences that are tailwinds.
6) Why ANOs production method is special and defendable.
