If people feel they are not being intellectually stimulated by conversations in the workplace, I can highly recommend enrolling in course of interest. I have just finished my second degree and was inspired by my lecturer who has numerous qualifications and is a leader in her field. Consequently I am looking forward to commencing masters next year. I work in corporate education but the conversations I enjoy the most with my coworkers are about our children and families.
