I've seen a lot of optimism from posters here in the IIF forum. So what will be the IIFy low point as the underwritten shares come on line? You get 3.21 cents annual distribution, and NTA of 67 cents (apparently) if you take up the offer. You also have the number of units on issue going from a bit over 1.1b to under 2.6b.
I have the incalculable IIFy award awaiting the best guesser for the intraday low within the period up until Christmas. I've put an alarm in my phone to check back and award the prize.
My guess for the lowest intraday low is . . . (excuse the negative vibe here) . . . 37.5 cents . . . before Christmas. . . obviously a bit IIFy about this.
