The author, Bob Chapman, used to refer to the Ruling Elite as the Illuminati or illuminates. "The word “Illuminati” is thrown around rather freely (these days) to describe the Elite group that is secretly running the world."
They refer to themselves as the Ruling Elite.Chapman says when Alan Greenspan was chairman of the Federal Reserve he was instructed by these Elitists to have the GFC. I used to subscribe to his newsletter in which he said " Greenspan has sold his soul to the devil." There was very little Chapman didn't know about the manipulation of markets. The main thing in those days was to send their "partner in crime" or as they call them, their Principal Dealer, JP Morgan Chase, to the futures markets to short sell silver. The chose that as it is thinly traded and therefore easier to manipulate, and this in turn brought down the gold price. This was because it was in competition the USD and the DOW. In fact a quote from Alan Greenspan was. "Central banks stand ready to lease gold in increasing quantities should the price rise." I don't think much as changed since then. Markets are still manipulated by the "Federal" Reserve. DOW up and gold down.
