Here is a theory.

Keep an eye out on which people are still on the GPN Top 20 share register. I would not be surprised if the merry gang sold most of their shares in GPN and transfered there funds into Aus Uran, Cabe, Apogie and of course just take profits.

I wonder if we will see Tolli's name still on the register? I really do not think so.

Normally we would expect to see this movement reported to ASX on major shareholder buying and selling but I would not take it for granted on this stock.

By the way anyone who says it is a 'democracy' and people can vote how they want on the proposal, is ignoring basic Corps Act laws. First is of course that related party transactions need to be disclosed (they have not been), secondly conflicts of interest would prevent many shareholders from being permitted to vote (they probably will vote) however most importantly common places a fiduciary duty on directors to act in the best interest of shareholders.
