There isn't really any public "information" at the moment. All we know is that a list of outstanding issues was put forward for ratification at last week's meeting. There is no "confirmation" anywhere that the list was adopted. I have based my investment decisions upon probabilities rather than known outcomes.
I agree that as soon as TIS is notified in writing that there is a list of outstanding issues, that this is price sensitive material and an announcement should be made immediately. Don't forget, however, that in February/March such an announcement wasn't made until the day the minutes of the CHMP meeting were released about 1 month after the meeting. That was in circumstances virtually identical to the current circumstances.
