To be clear, the Caplin report is not for me or you.

It is there for institutional investors, and provides them with one tick in one of their many boxes they need filled in order to invest in CVI.

The Caplin report may have an immediate small scale impact once it is released, but then the share price will move back to what it was doing previously.

It will takes weeks if not months for institutions to decide to come on board in any volume - ie. we would feel the impact of the Caplin report 1-4 months down the track.

The key is whether there is other news that could be released at the same time that could get both institutional and retail investors excited at that time.
