    Hey dappaT’ et al,

I’ve never really gotten into posting as I generally like to sit back absorbing all that HC has to offer which can either be cultivated or diverting and in some cases both!

The topic on why IMU is currently being shorted has me intrigued – Not the overall percentage (as 2% is minimal), but more importantly the total amount and the timing of the shorts.

There is generally a reason unbeknown to most why a person/entity has chosen to take a short position – Other than the shorter believes that the SP will drop or there will be a CR or ?????

It seem to me that from the 2nd Dec. to 22nd Dec. – Shorts increased from 1.9% to 1.98% (8.9Mil to 93.6Mil)

22nd Dec. to 25th Jan – No material change

Why did the shorts stop increasing after the 22nd Dec?

Did the 23rd Dec. Ann. throw a spanner in their works?

On the 23rd Dec. IMU announced that “The Funding Arrangement has a term of three years and is secured by 107,126,062 fully paid ordinary shares. There are no share price triggers associated with the Funding Arrangement that could result in margin calls or mandatory early repayment. The ordinary shares provided as security for the Funding Arrangement represent 2.3% of Imugene’s fully paid ordinary shares on issue.”

As I said above, the timing and the amount being shorted has me intrigued (1.9% is close to 2.3% | 93Mil is close to 107Mil)

    Thoughts!!!!

    Cheers,

    AC
