Found the old threads via advanced search and thought I'd update the AusTender stats...
Database is showing a total of 110 contracts for $12.2m in the period 1-jul to 30 Jun. That compares with 68 contracts for $7.2m total in prior year.
At least they appear to be keeping busy and growing the business. Since someone pointed out to me that under 2010 changes to the corporations act, they should be able to pay a div without needing retained earnings, I hope there are no excuses this financial year!
Still, it wasn't a brilliant period for investing - especially since we have no idea if they were punting on mining explorers or somesuch! So not keeping my hopes too high on the basis they will have probably "invested" away the profits again.
