Transport available.
ECT's got BCIA / CSIRO / DPI authentication AND potential Massive Coal Allocation to on sell.
Might be that NLC wants figures to buy Lignite, buy Coldry BCE then assess transport costs.
They might want to know from Ashley the State and Federal feedback about the surety of ALDP and Coal Allocations.
Certainly the ERF of 3.2 Billion sets the scene for
Bigger players.
Mayby they want to bargain the Plant Costs/ Royalty package. Should they decide to Build the Coldry plants.
