If I had a dollar for every doom & gloom post like this I've seen on Hot Copper over the past 4 years I would be a millionaire.
Sounds like dub's been waiting in cash for years and watched the bull market pass him bye. Only consolation is to post doom and gloom articles in hope things crash and can justify him staying out of the market.
