Rgupta11in. I'm well aware of the stages of an investment cycle. Counter cyclical investment strategies are littered with failures, but, that's not what we have here. We have a company that is in a strong growth sector (Ai) and has been now for several years. The disconnect witnessed between the sector and the company can sometimes be hard to identify in entirety but I'll offer a few reasons for the disconnect between the company, it's peers and the over all hype in the sector which has seen many companies scramble to stay relevant in the space.

    1. Neuromorphic is a new-ish sector that is still being understood and we are early to the scene, as is the edge Ai market (there's two reasons)
    2. A lack of awareness of the Akida product by the broader market that is adopting Ai at the edge,
    3. Competition with inhouse proprietary whole systems where teams at most of the majors have instigated programs to develop their own in-house systems,
    4. Poor management performance in promoting the company to shareholders. This is very relevant because we are talking primarily about the disconnect between the BRN stock price and that of other generic stocks in the Ai space

See, I understand these reasons and I would hope that the company has a more expansive list than I have created above in the several minutes it has taken me to compose this post.

What I don't understand, and nor does any investor in the company other than the few insiders that work for the company, is what is the company doing about mitigating these negatives? They may well have great strategies in place to deal with each of them and more but they have not informed the owners of their business as to what they are doing and this is creating a vaccuum of information that is hard to fathom.

Whyare they not dealing with shareholders head on?

Why aren't they informing the market through traditional marketing channels, yes, the ASX is what I am primarily talking about here.

Why are they simply sitting back watching all of the negative sentiment that is being attached to them grow by the day?

The reason that this thread exists is one very good reason in my opinion and to reiterate, we have a founder that is content with the way the company is being run at the moment. He may well be happy because he can see what is happening under the hood but, surely, the company can share with its investors, on a regular basis, with some full and wholesome information, just what is happening without breaking NDA's?

Not asking too much really is it.

I'm not being naive here. I'm expressing my frustration at what looks like either complete and utter incompetence, or worse still arrogance.

Neither of these reasons is acceptable.
