the missteps of the last 3 years has been frustrating for all LTH, with the AGM being the great Fiasco, exposing the arrogance, incompetence & disdain they have for shareholders! I do not believe this “black comedy” sh*t show would occur at any other professionally run ASX company. BRN does expose the fact the company is not run as a professional company, as well we struggle to the right people due all having to be approved by our founders. Founders, whilst technically brilliant are commercially incompetent and out of their depth in the business world! I think most shareholders who have been paying attention to the goings on at this outfit, realise why we are not securing meaningful commercial deals, it is the personnel and their limited ability. The tech appears proven to be groundbreaking, yet these baffoons do not have the ability to sell it. So sad, so frustrating! We are constantly fed statements of imminent success etc etc etc with nothing eventuating. They are playing us for fools and have used these tactics to stay in their roles and feed off the teet of the shareholder for years, dare I say it, they have lied to us for years, or that’s how it feels, as the management never delivers and is NEVER accountable and honest! im hoping a customer sees the potential and forces a deal or another whale swallows us up in a takeover, so I can monetise a good return and get the hell out of this disgraceful outfit and never think about them again. Dont get me wrong, I absolutely believe in the tech, which is why I invested, after nearly ten years investing, I realise it’s not the tech it’s the founders commercial ability and the poor choices he makes with management.
