I hear you and many other holders here agree. I believe it is high time an extraordinary AGM needs to be held. Steve Leibeskind and other large shareholders would definitely not be happy with current lack of progress around the radio silence about deals. Zero transparency, disclosure and dismal IR with the new PR company. Managements inaction and blunders (eg redomicile announcement) has caused the SP to get depressed to these levels from above 33 cents down almost 50% thankfully managed to free some of my holdings or it would have been major pain.
