Maybe Peter should have tried harder and kept it private, but no, he didn't. He backdoored into the ASX to fund his dream.

For all you know, he is (and he seems to be) very happy with the management of the company, and we don't see what he sees; he might be seeing a future with BrainChip as a household name. Most companies do not have to share this information at this stage of development. Once a customer comes and signs the line, yeah, we will all hear about it.
For all we know, Viana is covering for Peter; maybe this is the way Peter wants the company to be run, forcing the board to play his game.
Whatever the case, he has the power, and he seems content with the way things are proceeding. So let them do what they know best, because they know a lot more than we do, and they seem confident success is coming.

So why all the hate mail? It just gives the company more of a bad name on top of the bad name you have all already given it. Maybe show some confidence in BrainChip; Peter seems to have by stepping aside. I don't think he would if he thought a train wreck was on the horizon.
