Take a look at BPT it was in a reasonably sharp down trend and had a quick turnaround.
With PSA the downtrend has been more gradual and the recovery process looks like it will be gradual as well.
Although with a lot of upside and a conservative valuation it could mount a quick recovery.
I don't know how much tax loss selling is left to go. Perhaps people are tax loss selling and buying back in shortly after.
