nzsky as you probably know 8 months ago ogx was literally hours away from liquidation (I know this because i spoke with the Administrators that week). Anglo weren't coming and Chancery stepped up. That was the super highest risk period. I don't exactly know SH group things after Jan so ask sjb what he knew of the rescue package at that time and any communication he may have had with JG. I'm sure he would have mentioned this to SH group if it happened so that individuals could make their own call on anything he was told. Like Jimone has said a few times, contact Chancery as honestly I don't know what the go is now as we're a long way down the track from April with a doca in place etc etc
