Yep I hold - I purchased leading up to and just before the CR announcement.
I am simply posting this sentiment because I don't like directors who raise outside the SHr base - diluting existing holders
What's wrong with not liking that?
That's when I changed my position from a buy to a hold..
Do you like being unfairly disadvantaged like this during CR's? (vs someone who took no preholding risk)
Maybe you do..
But I don't
I think it's inequitable and unfair.
It puts a black mark on directors (and questions whether or not they really understand what market holding risk is)
And it puts downward pressure on the SP
That's why I changed my rating
Take it or leave it
