the investment community is happy with centro

I have it on good 'self-researched' authority that key Insto. shareholders are very confident with Centro and its progression with the Banks, its Business Plan, and order of sale. They consider Centro's assets as 'once in a lifetime' propositions with low vacancy rates and leases subject to CPI (so rents are actually increasing), and yes - tenants are paying them no problem. They are also happy with the recent US sales at near book value where management is retained which was considered a great outcome.

They are not concerned with the disconnect between asset & share price, and are confident that this will correct itself as the milestones are reached and we progress in time.

Certainly the body language and level of confidence was excellent from my point of view. This has certainly boosted my confidence in Centro.
