I agree with you, there's no argument that prima facie Phylogica is worth more now than three years ago. But the market doesn't agree with us....
One downside is that I trust management less than I did three years ago, because they've been prepared to stick their own noses in the trough when raising money and issuing options, rather than trying to protect the interests of existing shareholders.
Another possible explanation is that the issue of so many shares at such low prices is setting expectations and keeping the share price down.
