As has been said many times i think the company coming out trying to put on the big boots with it's guidance restated time & time again has actually had a negative impact on the company. Instead of the market acknowledging what has been achieved it is more concerned with the company not achieving future goals as it has stated it will, the attention then turns to those missed figures as opposed to what it has done to date. It's like it dresses itself down & of course lack of patience while the deals are great many these days can't see past something that doesn't deliver the big bucks 6 months later.
We'll see, i think despite any of these long awaited deals the biggest ticket item will be Janssen hitting the 12 month mark of the collaboration if the intial stage succesfully delivers on the inital 1 candidate then the expansion to a further 10 will be rolling it out to the parent company. Pfizer license ? maybe. Either of those companies announce the extension under their own news line & that's probably greatest validation the company can get. More immediate value lies in the current collaboration than any new ones.
