The mineral rights royalty holders are Leslie Ingraham and Izaak Trajkovski with 0.75% each.
Both have previously launched 249d action jointly, targeting Tanga Resources (TRL), demonstrating that they're known parties to each other and have colluded together to have Leslie Ingraham placed on the Tanga Resources board.
Both have been involved vending projects with Australian Vanadium, Yellow Rock Resources and the BYH spin-off Star Minerals.
And now with 249d action initiated by another party in regards to the poor performance of the BYH board, 100m shares are magically issued to a "third party" trust account where the trustee is not a royalty rights holder. Shares issued to ensure that the 249D action is defeated.
The trustee just happens to be another company and individual involved in previous vends with Leslie Ingraham and Izaak Trajkovski ~ Luke Innes (Rilukin Holdings Pty Ltd).
Does this triumvirate of scheming take the regulatory bodies as mugs? I am filing a report with ASIC and the ASX.
Do they think the regulatory bodies do not have access to their private communication and scheming? This is highly unethical behaviour and something you'd expect in the Bahamas, not in Australia, where compliance is taken seriously. Leslie should take another read of his obligations under the Corporations Act.
