Share consolidation isn't a big deal. At the end of the day it's the market cap that matters. The market cap will be the same with or without consolidation.
Based on your figures, the market c at the end of FY 2012 is on par with the market cap at the end of FY 2007.
So really despite the SP falling, the company's market cap has remained the same during this period.
