i think Glynn has answered part of your 2nd question with the use of the word "terms" Pure speculation on my part admitedley, but "terms" signals to me that IF a deal is signed the next update will include payment amounts and timeframes.
Maybe rose-coloured glasses here, but when i discuss terms in my industry that is exactly what i am negotiating (how much and when).
The impliction in his answer is that we will have this detail in the next update. i have no guess as to how long negotiations at this stage last?
