    Ah, no, the article in the AFR technically says that US authorities reached a plea agreement with Lewis that prohibited him and his companies from being Directors of US publically listed companies. That plea also included significant other issues that are somewhat different to the specific insider trading charge that has been under discussion on these forums.

    I'm not sticking up for Lewis or the Board, but there was more to the US DoJ case than just the the issues related to AAC. Tavistock is not actually listed in the Press Release of the Judgement and it's not entirely clear what level of insight the AAC Board would have had into the plea given there's other issues included.
