I see in the AFR today that while the US authorities have told Tavistock/ Joe Lewis that they can not have representatives on any listed boards in the USA. Given that, it seems incongruous that the same representatives are acceptable to the board of AACo.
it might also be argued that by refusing to investigate which directors leaked the info (first denied, now silence), the AA board isn’t doing their duty to shareholders?
