An 8% increase would increase in the risked valuation of Artemis increasing by 25%. Since then, we've had a CR, but even so, the risked value would be increased.
And don't forget the 0.5/GJ we are using is a in the gutter price for stranded gas. Given sale prices are about 20x this, given the proximity to the action and the scale, with a partner you could crank this up susbstantially.
