would have had $7m cash - if quadrant liability was deferred then then that would have been $12m as of April 2024. Had access to a $10m bank loan but refused to take it.
It should have just been a $5-7m placement.. there was zero need to raise $30m. It's nice having $30-35m in the bank but we are moving into cash ebitda positive and $15m in the bank would have been more than enough - $25m with the bank loan. Raising at 55c was a disaster for shareholders and board needs to make amends.
