Nothing that I can see in the public domain warrants someone buying up a stake to sit around number 2 in the top20. If one wanted STK exposure, buy STK.
Which makes one wonder if there is something going on behind the scenes specific to RNX (and it is unlikely to be the CJV from what is in the public record)?
Nothing I have seen to date has made me think managements' approach is capable of transitioning this company into a success, so I hope I am wrong on that.
But a large stake being accumulated is an early sign of a possible transition from this garbage explosion.
