Biggest commodity boom of our lifetime and predictably; they do not control any project anywhere.
If they controlled a gold/copper/oil project and all companies in that sector were booming, yet the RNX SP was going nowhere, shareholders would be upset, but when you control no project..... the pressure is off! Shareholders cannot expect gains based on hot air!
Depending on what management wants out of a company.... it can be an astute approach if you think about it.
