What the current day reality is, is that so long as the 'airline' are moving you from A to B - then you basically need to be happy, grateful, and really appreciative that you have actually made it from A - said B......
They even still have journo's that have a place in the 'chairmans' cave, simply cause they will report no wrongs. Wake up Australia.
In the modern day, airlines like Q are all about the spin, more talk, less walk (ie: safety) and making all that buy a ticket feel they are still travelling on the 'best' airline on the planet.
Wake up Australia.
Qantas pontificate that they are the safest in the world, never had a hull loss (BULLS#$T) and will always look after their
customers, - look at the last 10 months. What,A,Croc.
