That's the point I was hinting at. INL and JRV had some discussions, and INL knew which way the deals were heading. And they traded the shares and made a profit.
Now I'm not suggesting for one second that there was anything improper, but ASIC or the ASX may well ask a few questions. I mean - buying shares in a company, having some discussions, selling the shares at a profit, then announcing that they were not progressing with any deals..... could be interpreted in a few ways.
INL shareholders would be well pleased, but outsiders may be thinking otherwise, and it all needs to be SEEN to be above board.
