Hi NB,
In speaking with Otsana, it will be re capitalized and I think closer to maybe 5 mill could be needed under the new rules. As PNO shareholders, we get to approve, but am of the understanding other "investors" will be putting in $$$... We will get shares in the new entity , however diluted, by how much unsure. That's why I am attempting to find out who if anyone has or is going to purchase PNO IP, patents etc... The debt is around $2 mill from memory, so not a lot ... But Anthony P converting his debt into shares would have him owning half of PNO , that's was a stumbling point... I am led to believe this is the 5th proposal given to ASX, the first 4 were declined. I hope we get an asx announcement soon... fingers crossed
