Hoofa your thoughts are interesting and it makes me wonder if your thoughts might echo those of brokers from Baker Young, Morgans, Pattersons Argonaut etc who may give suggestion and recommendation to high net worth individuals.

It is these investors that the company should be enticing and I would only presume that the company has had talks and discussions with these groups as to the future direction of this company.
