For me, I think Edwards negotiated an ordinary deal with P&G in the first instance and is now locked into a mediocre payout whilst endeavoring to secure some ongoing adjustments.
I may be wrong but imo the value of the P&G collaboration by some shareholders, has been blown out of all proportion.
The next step is the interesting one.
They now have commercial and marketing professionals on the Board.
These guys will package and market the technology along with raising of some millions. OBJ will be revamped with an exciting business model using "modern technology" marketing themes.
Bit of pain getting it sorted for existing shareholders, but many elements are now aligned with clout to move the company forward.
The P&G association will be a plus in terms of adding credibility to the technology.
