I have definitely found something. I am trying to better understand all of this.
There is a common beat whether it be the Polar regions TWP /OLR correlations or the Equatorial Zonal winds with reference to the very similar beat pattern of Jupiter.
The above is Jupiter Saturn and Uranus. The Blue line is the ABS (first one). A summation of the planets posistions, rate of change and then the absolute value. However some planet configurations negate anothers forcing. I have blocked out the forcing and sign of the modulation. Still working on that. However it is a pretty simple 1 or -1
It wont mean much to you unless I give out the formulas. I will get to that later.
