I have a feeling it may be two seperate jv's for the port and i/o. After reading up on grupo penta, they are a Chilean private investment company that wants to invest in energy and ports, (as well as many other ventures) has state backing and they have cash. This is an ideal partnership for ady who have maritime concessions already in place, an i/o mine and a willingness to use local labour (hence govt backing) and lets face it the cash will help reduce construction costs of port. My next step was to look at possible i/o partners so I will have a look at jsw thanks for the tip :). For mine I woul not be surprised to see a jv come from somewhere other than china. This is only pure speculation on my part folks. I love this company and I love trying to get info that may be of service.
