Easy, say Xstrata take out IGC 15% as part of a 3 way deal with NKP to provide them with miniing and smelting capacity. They recently purchased the Dewoldt (i think) parcel.

AngloPlat surrounds NKP/IGC tenements - if Xstrata want in - they better move else they will be squeezed out.

NKP could not possibly have the cash or the enticement for Sage to give up controlling minority interest over the leases. Think about it - would you?!
