NKP want to build 2 mines, and I assume the first is where IGC has the holding . The 15% stake is worth a mint in PGM's on current drills alone .

NKP plan to float on two more stock exchanges so significant funds should be raised from those .
There is the issue of dilution for current NKP holders to grapple with when those floats happen but by then they will possibly also hold the extra 15% that is currently IGC's .
