cash and script would be nice but i think cash would be better for both parties, shareholders get cash to do whatever they like with it while nkp does not dilute their shareholdings anymore since they are going to duo list on the AIM and South Africa exchange.
If I was nkp i would pay cash then thats the end of the transaction.
