A ZERO fed rate in the USA.

... where to from there?

What would be the policy options from a positions of zero rates, and existing record budget deficits?

I have learnt that the first process in evaluting ANY investment is to look at the possible downside.

It seems to me that the potential downside to the USA going forward over the next decade is of a magnitude not seen since the 1930's (if not greater).

A well known central banker once stated that debt is NOT a concern- 'cause it can just be rolled over!

Really?


The USA's more leveraged now than at any time in its history.
