Mr G, so why would ECE ( once they take control ), permit the share price to rise, thereby encouraging option holders to exercise their stock.
It is the NTU option holders who have the most to fear from this takeover.
IMO, ECE will not permit their control to be diluted from 51 percent to 42 percent, simply by the option holders.
The poor NTU option holders are going to be decimated by this transaction IMHO.
