It's crunch time for zinc price break out over the next few months aligned with out financing, the timing couldn't be better for a junior to do a big deal.

One question I have, with 70% debt financing and 20% direct project purchase, where does the remaining 10% funding come from, TSX dual listing? JD touches on the greater appreciation for zinc on TSX compared with ASX, and north America is just a much larger market.
