I was thinking the sudden buying interest was because it had held above 2c and at least for now shown this to be a strong support level. It was only after it became clear no one was going to sell it lower that confidence came back. I think that coupled with the fact mr Tribe took such a holding at above 3c was enough to bring buyers back on speculation.
It certainly felt to me like it was going back to 1c until the board change, but when a director buys 20% at what seems like minimal discount you have to ask what he knows, surely hes not just a gambler?? Only concern is he doesnt appear to have a medical background so like ms Unwin would be learning about the tech quickly, and the person most likely to be teaching him is hockings who is selling??
Why would Hockings sell anything if a deal was that close especially after he held that long. I suspect Hockings sees a big deal in 12-18 months and wanted someone to share the load getting there. Just my thought, and the fact im on hotcopper and not a yaught shows what i know lol.
I must say i dont think ive ever seen a company where multiple directors who were not founders have such a large holding.
